Having worked in education finance since 1999, Teresa had a key role in the initial set up of the Trust including the role of Chief Finance Officer from 2019. Teresa stepped away from this role in September 2023 to become Trust Operations Director on a part time basis. With a planned relocation away from Doncaster this was a perfect opportunity to support the new CFO and allowed for a useful transitional period. Teresa’s part time role means that she retains the operational side of the CFO role which includes much of the compliance aspects of governance, health and safety, estates, and data protection. Teresa works closely with the CEO, CFO, Trustees and other senior leaders to ensure that the necessary support is given in terms of compliance. This allows school-based leaders to concentrate on curriculum delivery in our schools, ensuring that our students receive the best possible educational experience. Teresa is delighted to still be able to contribute to the growth of our Trust and in particular looks forward to supporting the UTC2 project.
