Kristylee joined Dunsville Primary School in September 2021 as School Business Manager, having previously worked in a small multi academy trust in Rotherham. From September 2023, Kristylee began supporting Tracy Duncan, Trust HR Manager with the day-to-day human resources and carrying out Quality Assurances checks within our Trust schools.
In September 2024, Kristylee joined the Central HR Team full time, based at the School Bungalow and continues to support the Trust HR Manager on all aspects of human resources.
Kristylee has worked in education all her career, starting as an apprentice in HR Children’s Services at Bolton Council, monitoring attendance and payroll processing for the schools within the Bolton area. She then successfully secured her first role within a secondary school as an HR Officer dealing with recruitment, staff absence and cover arrangements.
