Jonathan has been immersed in the educational sector since 2019, with a unique perspective that spans both teaching and backend staff. As a former student within the Brighter Futures Trust, Jonathan experienced firsthand the impact that a supportive and dynamic learning environment can have. In 2024, he returned to the Trust, this time as a member of the team, taking on the role of Trust IT Field Technician.
In this role, Jonathan is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure across all primary schools within the Brighter Futures Trust, ensuring smooth and secure technology operations. He works closely with all staff across the primary schools to address technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and support the integration of digital tools into the learning environment. Reliable technology is now foundational to a productive classroom and Jonathan is committed to making sure every teacher and student has access to every available resource they need for success.
